Worst Bank Ever
For over a year, I have called and written about closing my deceased mother's accounts. I have sent a death certificate and paperwork certifying who I am. Not only have I not received the money or any sort of reply, but they continue to charge service fees on the accounts. I am extremely frustrated with their refusal to communicate. I have dealt with four other financial institutions who were prompt and courteous. What is wrong with CB&T?
