Bad Service Since Moving To KC
I originally opened an account with this bank in topeka over 20 years ago. I moved to kansas city and once they started opening branches here i started using this as my primary bank again. The associates don't know how to cash out a cd and don't know the difference between check registers and savings books. I was given misinformation numerous times. They started slapping me with fees. I had both a savings and checking set up here and i was supposed to receive alerts from their website in order for me to move money to cover checks, but never did. They kept changing the website which wiped out the alerts. I must have set them up 5 times. My checking account didn't receive any interest so i tended to keep most of my funds in savings and transfer over as needed. Finally the last straw came when i put a stop payment on an automatic withdraw and they charged me several fees on the same transaction and still didn't stop the payment. Then when i transferred my money out to another bank they told me i couldn't close the account.
