    The management staff is arrogant and mean.

    Do not do any sort of business with this bank. They are arrogant and mean people. The customer service, their willingness to work with you to resolve issues is non existent. It is all about how much they can rip you off, take what you own and on to the next person who was stupid enough to do business when they were New Century Bank.

    If you have an account with them close it. If you're not now, you will someday be sorry you ever did business with them.

    Nice People, But Clueless About Client Service For Online Access; Horrible Online Banking Policies & Process

    Absolutely the most maddening experience i have ever had in my life. And they are tone deaf to customer feedback. They are changing processes so often it makes me believe they are the active victims of persistent computer hacking. Something is badly wrong here.
