A Mess
This bank has been terrible to deal with. I worked with them to get a construction loan and it was a nightmare. I decided to go with them because they had a great interest rate. I regret it now. This bank has terrible communication skills and the people I worked with were inexperienced at best. They either didn't know what they were doing, were too busy, or gave me incorrect information. On any given day I had to call 10 times (I'm not joking) to reach someone. They would always set "It will be all set tomorrow." Tomorrow would come and go and they wouldn't do a thing until I called back (10 more times). Once I finally got the loan taken care of I had the displeasure of using their website. The entire bank apparently only has one phone number, that is currently always busy. I hate to say it but I would rather bank at Bank Of America and that is really saying something...
