I have had an account with First state bank of NW Arkansas
for over a year now. I was trying to deposit a $10,000.00 check into my account at my bank ( not cash it) the teller looked at me then looked at the check never said a word to me walked away and starting making phone calls he never said a word to me after 26 minuets he came back to me and told me I could not get the money for 7 days, that's right! 7 business days I never wanted the money in the first place only to deposit the check I could have done a ACH in 3 business days anybody that does banking knows a check will clear in 3 business days. This teller made me feel like a criminal and all I was trying to do was deposit a check into my account not cash it. I have always kept a good amount in my account with them. no overdrafts or bad deposits when I have done ACH s with them up to $6,000. dollars with them they were glad to take my money in closing If you don't want to be made to feel like a criminal don't deposit money in this bank
like i said no bad check no bad debt and a credit score of (856) does that not tell you what kind of person I am? Stay away from this bank,
And in closing the teller never apologized for the time it took or the treatment I got ( I wonder if it was because I had blue jean shirt and pants on) Hmmmm? farmers take note wear a suite before you go into this bank or you might get the same treatment.
