The only reason I am writing a review is because I saw a D rating for Hancock. I was with another bank when I first moved to town two years ago, and their online security was less than stellar. Hancock offers good security on the web plus you can add Trusteer, an additional layer of security, if you would like a deeper security measure. Trusteer will transfer to other sites to help protect you further if you'd like.
I don't understand why there would be a D rating. The employees are friendly and always helpful. Don the VP or Executive VP is the face of the branch, and he is highly intelligent and extremely helpful. He remembers names and makes sure to say hi any time he is visible and that is often.

I have had an average of 3 business accounts at this bank and I am displeased with the lack of customer service and a cavalier attitude toward my needs as a business founder and CEO. I am denied read only access to my accounts and told I do not have access. Spoke to the Assistant Mgr. and got n o-where. I plan to move my account to Sun Coast where my need for information is welcome.
