Sarcastic Branch Manager/rude male tellers
Not the best experience from a bank. They share your personal information with other customers. They manipulate transactions to charge overdraft fees. Meaning they change times of an incoming transaction to help them cause an overdraft and charge $35 within a minutes time. Even if you put the money back within the same time frame (within 15 minutes of the overdraft) they still charge you. They sell your information after telling you they won't. No 24 hour customer service. Their online system never is on time with your actual day to day transactions. Not to mention the weekends spending activities are never caught up until Tuesday. They told me that they refund atm fees from other banks and they never do. Avoid this bank at all cost or it will cost you!!!
