I walked into this bank attempting to get access to my mother's money with a POA. They came up with ever excuse possible, even after the attorney told me to present then part of the Living Trust to have access to my mothers money. They basically said no, and indicated the POA was not granting me the authority to get access to the money. Another financial institution in the Bay Area had no problem after reviewing the POA. Here clearly they did not want me to have any access to my mother's money. My mother has the early signs of memory loss, and this banking facility was blocking every way possible for me to have access to my mother's money. Thank goodness most of her money is at another facility. One thing, I can do is deposit checks at another financial institution. Stay clear of this place, if you want access to a parent's money.
