    Incompetent tellers

    Went to get a replacement card for a joint account. I clarified which account multiple times. When I left and used my card for my own separate personal account it was no good. They had deleted my account. An account that I had told them not to touch and to keep active. They could not fix there error and now I have to wait a week for a new card which I need to use daily. Wish there was a zero stars option. Avoid this branch at all costs!!!

    Customer Service Stress is what you get at KEY BANK

    Had and issue with my account and I ended up freezing my account over the phone till it was resolve. I was referred to my local branch. Went to the branch to discuss and ask that the account be unfrozen only to be told they couldn't unfreeze it and would have to work on it with their backroom contacts. A week went by and no follow up. Called customer service again and they referred me back to the branch. Spoke to Branch Manager and she said she'll get it fixed and call me back. Next morning I had to call her again as she didn't call me back as promised. She fixed the problem over the phone. I took 2 hrs PL time from work and went to the branch and closed the account and moved my money to Liberty Bank Middletown CT. So much easier to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KEY BANK... the customer service is deplorable.

    Annoyed with getting the run around

    I have spend the last couple weeks on the phone with KeyBank on 2 different issues and get nothing but the run around. I have never had such a bad experience with a bank till them. Looking to switch to a different bank. I've had enough:
