Horrible, Plain And Simple. Customer Service Is Horrible. They Take Forever To Cash Checks And Even Direct Deposits.
I started using this bank as soon as i moved to oklahoma. At first i was impressed. The employees were nice and made it really easy to set up an account. Then the mystery charges started. I remember depositing a paycheck then purchasing some furniture. The furniture cost nowhere near as much as the paycheck i deposited, yet when i went to buy groceries the next day, it said i had insufficient funds. Not only was it embarrassing but it was completely not true. I should have had more than enough in my account. Turns out they still hadn't cashed the paycheck and they had the nerve to charge me overdraft fees. Horrible bank, save yourself the trouble and put your money in your mattress.
