Stole the excitement out of buying our first home
During the home buying experience we had a realtor recommend Jenny to us. On two separate occasions we came to Jenny to get pre approved for a home loan, and on two separate occasions we were told after getting a purchase agreement in place that we would not be able to get a loan. The second time this happened it was on a Friday afternoon and instead of calling us back to explain what was going on she just went home for the weekend. We chose a different bank and we were still able to get the house. If you want someone who cares about you and is invested in your situation... CHOOSE A DIFFERENT BANK!
