Very Poor and Uninviting
I am a 25 year old who is looking to finish paying off debt and purchase a first-time home. I have some questions, and don't know where to start or what is out there. So I called this branch and said exactly that. Then I asked if I could set up an appointment to discuss my options. Their first response (not kidding) was, "What is your collateral?"
I realize that this is an eventual question regarding loans, but I do not want to get a major loan from a bank that doesn't want to know me first. Very unfriendly on the phone, and I will not go back.
