Superb service
When I lived in England, I had a personable relationship with my bank manager. I never experienced that with a bank in the USA until I started banking with Ponce de Leon on Smith Street. It's my neighborhood bank and both the manager and assistant manager have always been helpful, friendly and accommodating. It is a great neighborhood bank. I've banked here for twenty years and will continue doing so.

Very Good
I opened my account in 1975 after Jamaica savings bank started hassling me about withdrawing my own money. Since then, i`ve had no problems until 2012 when they instituted a $1.00 service fee on all debit transactions. They also denied me coverage on bill payments that cause my account to be left short. They cover my bills, but charge me $30.00 a pop. My credit rating must be in the minus category because when the banks , and credit card companies asked for bailouts, i swore they won't get a dime.
