Horrible customer service and hidden penalties and fees
Bank doesn't tell you up front that if you transfer money from your savings to your checking they charge you. Also they constantly lock you out of your web banking and their customer service closes after 5pm so you can't do any online banking.
Absolutely horrible. Worst bank I have ever used.
