Incorrect info/advice and horrible service
I just had a terrible experience applying for a HELOC with Riverview Community Bank. The mortgage broker gave me bad advice to pay down some debt with limited cash to qualify for the loan, but her underwriter rejected it because the account wasn't fully "closed." Numerous attempts to get assistance were met with inaccurate and ineffective responses. I am refinancing my loan and will never do business with Riverview again.
