horrific company
They have terrible customer service and conveniently have transactions come out twice and over A 30 DAY PERIOD! Their answer to all issues are,"You're just careless with your money," instead of finding out WHY their company does that. Because of that issue that has been occuring for several months, they cost us over $1500 due to loss and overdraft fees. Absolutely horrid. Save your money and time and find a better, more reliable bank.

From fair to horrible
It was Liberty and they sold. They kept many of the employees and that's the only good. The Simmons web banking is deceptive, They have many policies to trip a business up. The business owner comes last behind the banks customers and even other banks customers. To top it all of they are printing nasty remarks on their statements. Greg
