The way banking is supposed to be
I had a chance to visit their Mechanicsville branch today and to spend some time with their investment/wealth team. The regular bank staff greeted me with a smile and offered to walk me upstairs to the investment department. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable, especially the financial advisors. No one was "pushy" or tried to sell me anything. They listened to my concerns and offered some solutions. That's the way banking should be!

Customer service lost
This bank used to be great at customer service way back in the day but after changing names a half a dozen times, they have lost their way in how to put their customers first and not themselves. I have noticed they have been struggling for some time, as there are different employees every time I go in my bank. It looks like a large problem with chain of command and or lack of good management. Oh well...
