    Worst experience ever!

    We are waiting for an international transfer that unfortunately has to go through the Mellon Bank and we have been waiting and waiting. They don't contact anyone that there is some issue with your transfer, they just keep your money without calling your bank or the european bank that sent the transfer. I don't know what they think, that we will forget about our money? They don't pick up phones, there is no way to leave a voice mail. Nasty, nasty, nasty experience!

    Problems depositing checks BNY Mellon at Chase Bank

    For the past 5 months I have had a monthly check from BNY Mellon held at my Chase Bank for up to 9 days after deposit. BNY in September issued a check with a incorrect routing no. and had to reissue the check but Chase is still holding funds to clear and the waiting is continuing.

    BNY said it Chase's fault for delay and Chase still doesn't clear the funds when deposit received.

    Does anyone else have this problem?

    The worst customer service on this planet

    Contacted BNY Mellon customer service once or twice a month since April to take care of an electronic transfer to a new bank account. Talked to 7 different reps. Filled out 8 forms and sent the forms back to BNY Mellon. The last rep. I spoke to was very rude. Since April one account kept getting sent to the old bank account. I have 2 accounts that needed to be taken care of. It took this bank from April/2017 till September/2017 to take care of this problem. I was informed the electronic transfer will be done in September. How incompetent and sad is that?
