    What a joke of a bank

    My whole experience sucks. Nothing but trouble. Hours are awful. Most tellers rude. I counted out my deposit money exactly. The teller was trying to multitask and was doing a terrible job of it. She was trying to do my deposit, talk on the phone, give directions, and she dropped my money, my slip, and finally had to hang up. Then she tells me my deposit was off by $50. She counted out her drawer and said no, I didn't make a mistake. She shafted me $50 and wasn't even apologetic.

    They only hire Black people, wait, maybe a White person every blue moon. The ladies sit there gossiping and more worried about their hair and nails. What a joke. I have been on the phone now for 15 min trying to get a simple question answered and no one can answer. How long after I make a deposit until it shows in my account? That's sad. The best bank is Woodforest National Bank. It is in many of the Walmarts but not TN -- that's what's sad.

    They don't have a night deposit. The reason I was given, they had too much trash left in it. Imagine that. Trash for trash.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

    I can appreciate the fact that they have a fraud dept.What I don't get is why they are permitted to freeze debit cards & you have to jump through hoops to get it turned back on because they cant unblock them. I spoke to 2 of the rudest agents alive today after expressing my frustration with speaking to 4 different people they day before (and after nearly being arrested for eating and not having money). I was at dinner only to have my card be declined when there were more than enough funds in the bank.I was being accused of knowing that I didn't have the money & eating anyway. To make matters worse,it was a Sunday. I had to call my sister from 45 minutes away to bring me the funds to cover my ticket. The fraud dept never told me they were a 3rd party agency & didn't actually work for fsnb. They lead me to believe that they could unblock my card & had done so. I knew differently when I went grocery shopping only to have it be declined again. If there is fraudulent activity, I should be able to call and say that but to leave people helpless when banks are closed is absurd. The last time this happened, my card had been canceled all together without anyone making contact via letter or anything...yet again on a Sunday. The way they speak to customers, as if they don't have a right to be angry....it's infuriating & it's insulting. I don't carry cash for safety reasons. Apparently now I can't carry a debit card either. As of the 2nd of the new year, I will be switching banks. I can't run the risk of going somewhere not knowing if I'm going to be able to pay my 8 dollar dinner bill. I shouldn't have to be nervous every time I present my card for a payment. If they're going to allow that,they should ensure that those beyond useless people in card services are there ON SUNDAY so that customers will have access to their funds. It is humiliating & completely uncalled for. Respectfully -The 2nd Can't Come Soon Enough

    Worst bank EVER

    The only reason they got one star from me is because of the convenience. FSNB is a lot cheaper and open later than most banks. The tellers are always awesome, however Customer Service here is horrible. Don't forget while y'all even have a job, because they act like they pay our bills. They have the nastiest attitudes. If you don't want to be bothered by sometimes angry customers, FIND A DIFFERENT CAREER PATH!

    It's a shame that I have to find out my overdraft is being taken away from me because I don't let MY account sit positive for 24 hours. Y'all sure as hell don't let my direct deposit sit for 24 hours before you take it now do you?! When given ODP, it should be explained first, not after I've been using it for months and then I receive a letter in the mail y'all are about to take it. Also, FSNB let's items pend for freaking days to a week before they even decide to process the items and expect you to be okay with that when you can't touch your money until those items have hard posted.

    We have bills to pay as well! This bank lacks communication from customer service to the actual branch. Also, FSNB is very outdated compared to other banks whom have mobile deposit, night deposits, opening of accounts online, etc. At this point, I could careless what updates they make, as soon as my direct deposit hits this week, I'm closing my account here and moving elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend FSNB to anyone!
