Withdrawing Money From Account Without Permission.
I was 3 days late on my mortgage because money was tight. I would be receiving a paycheck within a week to pay it. I receive a message on my home answering machine a day after they had called because i was on 3rd shift and hadn't checked it the day before saying that if they didn't hear from me by that day ( the day before) that they were going to go ahead and withdraw it from my account.
Granted at the time the money was showing as available in my account. But what they didn't know was that i had several bills already in the mail and just enough in there to cover them. When i contacted them they were very rude and told me that they did not even have to call me and that they could take it out whenever they wanted to and that they were doing me a favor by even calling me to let me know they were doing it.
So this caused me to overdraw my account by over 700. 00 with 5 days until pay day which they said they would not take care of any of the overdraft charges. Causing me to have to go to cashland and borrow on a payday loan to cover it , which i am still trying to get paid off. So i am switching banks and i recommend not to use this bank...
