Great People but not competitive
If you are one that likes to go into a brick and mortar bank and have the employees recognize you and call you by name then this is a great bank for that.
However that's where the good points cease. Everything else about the bank in as so far as their rates and fees are quite non-competitive. Their interest rates on deposits are non-existent and the fees for their services are higher than national average. What really ticked me off is that this is the only bank that I have ever dealt with that charges for a online transfer of funds when using their online banking platform. Is this review helpful? -

jank bank
Opened an account and deposited a check. Took 2 weeks for the money to even be available . Received a letter saying we would get our debit card. Then received the debit card with no pin. 2 days later they send the pin in a separate piece of mail. okay I get it security. ..but really? 3 letters and 2 weeks to get a debit card and a pin? Not to mention be able to use our money! This bank wants you to jump through ten flaming hoops(apparently for 2 weeks) to access your own money and account . Not recommended

Greed rules the day
Needed a Line of Credit. Big issue. They didn't disclose the cost was $250 until closing even though the question of cost was asked of them directly before we started.
This is the highest in the business. Average is $50-75 or less.Never did send checks that were supposed to be issued and delivered by mail.
I had to secure this with a CD to avoid ridiculously high interest charges. CD is paying .02%. Might as well be zero.
I'm supposed to be a good long term customer. Hate to think what they'd do to someone they didn't know.
