Poor record keeping, poor communication between customer and bank branches and poor customer service

On Monday June 4, 2012, I received a phone call from Sharon Harris. Ms. Harris requested that I contact my insurance carrier to have them forward a copy of my auto Insurance declaration page, in accordance with your Capitol City Bank's policy. She also informed me that her department has not had my current policy information for nearly a year. I immediately contacted my insurance agent after our conversation and gave my agent the fax number and Ms Harrisâ?? name as the contact.

On Tuesday June 5, 2012, I received a voicemail from Ms. Harris accusing me of not following through with her request and threatening to add insurance to my auto loan account.

On Wednesday, June 6, 2012, I phoned Ms. Harris and discovered that she had spoken with my insurance agent regarding the information she was requesting, but neglected to inform me of this. Later the same day, I received an email from Ms. Regenia D. Harris repeating the same threat to add insurance to my loan in addition to other misinformation regarding my insurance and current coverage.

On June 13, 2012, I responded to Ms. Harris with corrections regarding my insurance information along with questions and concerns of my own. I never received a response from Ms. Harris until i wrote a letter to the Bank President.

On Friday November 2, 2012, I received another phone call from Sonja Miller. Ms. Miller requested that I forward my Insurance declaration page by the end of business day or insurance coverage and cost would be added to my loan. I immediately contacted my insurance agent on a 3-way phone call to resolve the matter.

Tuesday, June 6. I get a phone call from my insurance agent complaining about another phone call from Capitol City Bank requesting another copy of my Insurance Dec Page.

Capitol City Bank's ability to keep/maintain personal records and information seems to be beyond the abilities of Capitol City Bank, the loan department and its staff.
