Very poor phone support

Most account setup tasks have to be done over the phone, which doesn't help when the phone attendants are extremely rude and blame everything on you. I've been trying to set up my eBanking account so that I can bank-to-bank with my checking account at another local bank. They are doing very extreme anti-competitive measures, like refusing to send me a password to my account. Nothing gets done by calling customer support. Though the brick and mortar tellers are friendly, they aren't given much authority instead of opening new accounts and counting money. When I refused to pay a $32/month

Horrible Bank!!!! Little bank with big bank mentallity

Low rates, management can't bother to offer long standing customers even close to the rates of competitors. More fees and costs than any other bank in the area - go to credit unions or even community bank if you have to but avoid Steuben Trust like the plague.
