Terrible Service, Incompetent Workers, Lots Of Fees.
I was told when the auto bill pay was put into place that either you could use the bill pay (i have automatic deduction for 90% of my bills already set up through the billing company for the service - tv, internet, whatever) so the bill pay was not needed for me. Or i could have a check direct deposited at least once a month. I get paid every other week and it is direct deposited so it was no big deal. Apparently that is incorrect because i was still charged monthly for "inactive auto bill pay". From january 2012 until july 2012, i was charged $115 for fees (none of which were overdrafts or anything like that). In 2011, the fees totaled into the $200 range for the full year. Every person i talked to gave me a different story. I'm done.
