Too good to be true....
If it's too good to be true it probably is... We started working on a construction loan with this bank in Sept 2016. We were "pre-approved" with a great rate. Once we had our final plans, we couldn't reach our loan officer. Messages were not returned, he was sick, on vacation, at the home office, etc.... Interestingly, our builder got his phone calls returned immediately. Not so with us. Finally in December 2016 I gave up and switched banks. What a waste of time (and eventually money - rates went up while he was fooling around)!

Best Bank We've Ever Had
We are about to move from North West Indiana and are sad about this. Oddly enough, one of the reasons is leaving Centier Bank. They are regional, family owned and have helped us through many financial situations. My wife and I adopted a few years ago and had to have some money transfered very fast in order to make everything go through. The amount was several thousand dollars. We were a new account for them, but they waived some time constraints so the money could go through. There have been other times like this where they have been flexible. The tellers are helpful and upbeat. They are always in the community and voted best place to work in NWI consistently. We will miss banking with Centier.
