    Best Bank I have found

    Based on the Wells Fargo, BBVA, Bank of America and Chase unorthodox and possibly illegal bank practices by one of these banks I have to give Texas Legacy the highest rating of five stars.

    Excellent customer service

    Like a small town bank, we know each other by name and this has developed a good banking relationship. They welcome customer feedback and want every banking experience to be a good one.

    CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!

    I have been a customer since it was Viewpoint Bank with no problems whatsoever. 1) When it became Legacy Texas the accounts were locked or "restricted", 2) no online or telephone access to account info was available as soon as the merger happened. 3) Direct deposits were not made available until timely, 4) Now their online and telephone account info has been down for going on five (5) DAYS - from 12/31/15 to 1/3/16. And, it probably will not be back up tomorrow (the 5th day of outage). I went to the branch office on Saturday (1/2/16) and was told the company they use were doing their end-of-the-year reporting and they apologize. That is totally unacceptable. I have given them ample opportunities to, but I need a bank that is dependable and not one with UNPRECEDENTED FAILURES!!! you get what you pay for. I paid nothing and received even less. I would rather pay a dependable bank & receive reliable services. Good bye Legacy forever.
