    Main Source (State Road 46)

    I have tried for over 1 month to get a debit card. 1st one they sent was to a closed account and someone activated it, but luckily no one had used it. I made a second attempt to get a debit card for my checking account and they shut my mother n laws card off and was sending her a new one, but did not order me a card. Grant you our accounts are not tied together. So decided to go to the branch in Seymour to get this straight and they finally got me one ordered and my mother in law for her account where they shut hers off. But grant you even though our accounts are not tied together I withdrew money from my account, but they removed it from my mother in laws account. Wow a simple task and the two worthless tellers can't seem to get it straight. I believe I will pull my money, this is very scary that they can make so many screw ups. I believe these two need to be fired for this, this is nothing that should be over looked or let go. To many mistakes in to short of time. Come on get your head out of your ASS you are working with peoples money that they earned and worked hard for!!!!!!!!!!! And when you are told about your mistake your two ladies just laughed really WOW!!! FIRED is where you need to be!!!!!!! Respect is what you need to give your customers!!!!!!!! And TRAINING is what you need!!!! Oh better yet TRAINING WOULD NOT HELP DISRESPECTFUL, SLOPPY WORKERS! Try another profession this one is NOT working!!!!!!!!!

    Main source professionalism Friday 3/11/16

    I had a big predicament yesterday that would ultimately made us lose our apartment (definitely homeless) had we not made quick deposit. Other than being told by teller we would have been out. They wouldn't have given us a chance. I praise the people at main source. I only opened my account in February and have had several occasions of the best personal service. I bounced checks, which were paid in total on my next check. It took most of my disability check. Hurt paying bills. They wouldn't open a new account for us. Then my record is sent out as several bouncing which made it habitual. I have never bounced a check in my life. I had over ten years of great service with them and none of that couldn't. That's ok I know I'm better off with personal and accurate banking. Stay the way you are. A people's personal bank. YOU GO GUYS!

    This bank friendly and helpful

    I have been doing business with them for 25 years.

    I have a checking account and home equity line of credit.

    They have always been friendly and helpful.
