Great bank! Excellent service! Knowledgeable bankers!
I am a CPA representing a $100M nonprofit organization for the past 18 months. We worked closely with the Branch Manager of the Beverly Hills branch and primary banker. We received exemplary service and follow-up.
The bank made the process simple and always followed-up on important items including same day transfers, renewal of line of credit, overall review of accounts with recommendations that are customer-centric and made the organization feel like their requests were a top priority to the bank.
Great bank and bank team!

Worst Service In The Banking Industry
Pacific Western Bank has to be the worst bank in the history of banking. They love getting deposits but when you ask to withdrawal your money in cash they give you all kinds of run around. It took me 6 weeks to close one account and get the cash out. Customer service is is NONE. No one says hi to you (been there for 10 looooong years shame on me). Lilia the general manager doesn't know the products he bank offers, never smiles and never greets you. Jenny and Vicky are personable but the management is just bizarre. I am taking my 16 accounts and will find a bank that appreciates the business.
