The worst banking experience I have ever had.
Before my daughter went to Europe for her semester abroad, we notified SIBATC exactly where she will be and for how long and were assured that she will be able to use her debit card without any issues. Unfortunately, there have been NOTHING BUT issues since almost day one: numerous instances of her card being rejected, even for simple (and small) purchases such as groceries or a cup of coffee, or bigger ones, when she wasn't able to pay the rent for her accomodations using her card. I have called Customer Service numerous times and every time I was told that the problem has been fixes and that she should have "no issues going forward".
If anything, the issues have actually gotten worse, to the point where I am about to close all our accounts at this bank and move them somewhere else.
I wouldn't wish this situation on anybody - having your child abroad without access to her own funds!!!Thank you for your feedback Is this review helpful?
