    $7.50 per page printing costs!!

Had 4 bank accounts with the same FNBI branch for over 17 years.
When I closed out the accounts I immediately lost all online access to prior statements. When I called later and asked politely how I might access those accounts for tax purposes, I was asked ( with what seemed like a sneer) "didn't you think to download ALL of your statements before closing them?"
I answered that I had no warning that the online access to statements was immediately and totally removed.
I was then told that the bank could furnish the statements for $7.50 EACH!
    4 accounts X 12 months would amount to $360.00!!
When I inquired about just getting a copy of one paid check, the charge was the same. $7.50.
It seems that this bank became almost petulant after we closed out our accounts.
Apparently not satisfied with the profits earned in 17 years loyal membership it appears that they would like to gouge us after the fact.

On another note, their online site is clumsy, will throw the user back to the start page for the slightest error and requires the reset of complicated passwords every 6 months to a new password - which cannot be the same as any of the 6 previous ones.

The new banks we have moved our accounts to are a absolute delight, compared to these greedy clowns.
