This is the worst group of people to do business with. They are under criminal indictment, and in 2 civil suits

Called my mortgage on a 2 weeks late payment three years ago. I am still in my home. we went to court.

First State was told by magistrate to reinstate and they log jammed us with numerous requests for profit and loss statements. They were "yelled" at by magistrate Porzio in Medina Ohio to cease and give a full accounting which they ignored. A year later they finally gave an accounting after increasing the amount by as much as 15,000 in arrears!

They backed off in summer of 2012 and the mortgage payments were resumed, only for them to suddenly ask for foreclosure three months ago even though there is no arrears other than the ones they created by refusing to take payments last year. All payments were accepted for a year this year, and then suddenly sent back in July.

We then had a forensic accounting done at the request of our lawyer, [Redacted] of Medina Ohio to find that we had made payments they had not recorded, and we were charged late fees.

Three days ago we were back in court and they told magistrate Porzio after they were told there is no foreclosure when you've been taking the money and to reopen the loan "They don't do business that way"! By loan officer [Redacted]. The ignorance is truly Machiavellian.

With the other 2 lawsuits pending, one criminal, and the other civil, and numerous complaints online of their behavior they are still arrogant, ignorant, and a dangerous entity with other peoples money. they do as they please and display malice when confronted with their wrongdoing.

Take your mortgage elsewhere now! Get your money out of there. They are very calculated about what they do.
