lack of branches on a Sat
As a business owner and an individual account holder it has become inconvenient to bank with you. On Sat there is only two open branches and very long lines (today all the way to street corner). Your personnel are professional and working as fast as they possibly can but it is un realistic to expect a bank with as many account holders to be serviced in this way.
If changes cannot be made my longlasting relationship will have to end.PLEASE consider another branch to be added to your schedule on Saturday

beware of fees
This banks minimum for its checking account is a sky-high $2500, everybody else in town only requires $300 or so.This bank will steal $12 from you, like they did me, If you do not have at least $2500 in your account each month.I did not know their minimum was that high,I had assumed that it was the same as the other banks in town (I never had less than $650 in the account).I have closed my account and I am not banking with The First anymore.

MY REVIEW
THE COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE IS THAT THE BILL PAY SYSTEM THEY HAVE IN PLACE ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THE ONE THAT IBERVILLE BANK HAD. I USE TO BE ABLE TO PUT A DATE THAT I WANTED MY CHECK TO GET TO THE BILLER AND IT WAS DONE. NOW I AM NEVER SURE OF THE DATE THAT MY CHECK WILL GET TO THE BUSINESS OR PERSON THAT I INTEND ON PAYING ON A CERTAIN DATE OF THE MONTH.
ALSO I AM GETTING CHARGED A MONTHLY SERVICE FEE THAT I DIDN''T HAVE AT IBERVILLE BANK.
I WISH THAT IBERVILLE BANK WAS STILL THE OLD IBERVILLE BANK.
