Great Customer Service
My parents banked at Trustmark as they aged put me on their accounts. Anytime they were in the hospital and subsequently passed away, Trustmark was courteous, helpful and professional in helping me manage their accounts. The service representatives always went above and beyond to help me especially since I lived in another state. Trustmark has been a wonderful bank to work with and our account manage Rumeal Bell is always helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He would call me regarding any issues on the account and always helped me change anything required. If I lived in Mississippi, that would be my bank!

Trustmark bought out BankTrust and the CD we opened with BankTrust back in 2007 has been impossible to cash out. The CD is titled in my Mother's Revocable Living Trust, and I have Special Power of Attorney to make any financial transactions on behalf of the trust. BankTrust has let me roll this CD over several times since 2007 and has even sent me notices to my house (as opposed to sending them to my Mother). Now that it's time to finally cash this out, they act like they don't know me. I have brought them the Special POA, a copy of the Trust document itself, all the notices, etc. Avoid this bank at all cost - they will take your money, but will make it extremely difficult to get it back.
